The Thunderbolt was produced between 1941 and 1945 and entered service in November 1942. They serviced with the USAAF and also the RAF and French air force as well as Brazil and Mexico.
It had a maximum speed of 426mph and carried eight .5 inch M2 Browning machine guns with 3,400 rounds. 15,336 Thunderbolts were built
Model measures approx 74mm long with a wingspan of approx 83mm.
