Model comes in 2 parts, hull & turret.
The Coventry was designed as a replacement for the Daimler armoured car. Production started in 1943 when some 63 were produced. 220 were made in 1945.
It was armed with a 40mm QF 2-pounder gun and a 7.92 mm coaxial Besa machine gun.
The Coventry was made too late to see service in WWII however, some were sold to France after the war anbd they were used in French Indochina.
