The Zis 5 was a 4 ton 2-axle Russian truck developed produced by the Moscow Zis factory between 1932 and 1948.
At the start of Operation Barbarossa, Russia had 1.4,200 Zis 5s, by the time production ceased around 1 million had been made.
The Zis 5 came in many different variants from transport to ambulance to gas generators, repair trucks and many more.
